As much of the industry has begun to shift to digital files and is often requested by builders, subs and suppliers during the construction process, we have updated our pricing to include a PDF with the 5 and 8 set packages.
A PDF purchase provides a license for a one-time build and allows you or your builder to circulate plans electronically. Copies can be made by a local printer in larger numbers and various sizes. A PDF also allows you to conveniently store a full drawing file for future reference.
The purchase of a PDF grants a license to the customer. Our license permits the customer to build one dwelling unit from the plan. It permits copies to be made from the electronic PDF file.
One additional use license may be purchased with a PDF set for $300
Multi-use licenses for multiple builds per plan may be purchased for $600.
The purchase of a CAD file automatically provides a multi-use license.
If unable to pick up plans locally from our Cold Spring, KY office, we offer shipping direct to your door via UPS. We can utilize Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Shipping, and Next Day Shipping.
The purchase of an electronic file, PDF or CAD, will be emailed within 24 hours or less.
Shipping charges for domestic plan orders that include prints vary depending on location. Please call for quote. International shipping charges will be determined when order is placed.
